Actually we dont literally say "HAVE a nice weekend". you can either just say "schoenes Wochenende" or you WISH somebody a nice weekend " Ich wuensche ein schoenes Wochenende". The "UE" in the word is actually a U with 2 dots on top and the OE is an O with 2 dots. I'm german by the way
