I slept straight through it, and with it being over 5 on the Richter scale I wonder why it never done much damage.....strange :o)

Our house didn't shiver, I was wide awake and not a paper rustled, yet other people in my area are making out as though their entire house fell down, they escaped a mass murderer and lost their inheritance all in one day. Dramatic isn't the word!

Everyone in my house woke up and noticed it We have a train line nearby and sometime the building rocks when a heavy freight train goes through. It's kind of cool as it's a rythmic rock but this was definitly different.

i live in the twickenham area and i didnt feel anything. i moved here from california about a month ago and you can feel the earthquakes there

having finished a night shift yesterday morning and not going to bed, I went to bed at 10 and was asleep in no time. I slept right thru it and first I heard was my aunt up in Lancashire phoning me at lunch time to see if the earth had moved for me......sadly it hadn't ;-)
