I like my wife's chili (which already has plenty of onion, garlic, beans) with shredded cheddar and Town House or Ritz crackers. I like my Cincinnati Skyline Chili with raw chopped onion, cheddar cheese and oyster crackers. I also serve this over spaghetti. (Cincinnati chili is actually made with cinnamon and chocolate, odd as it sounds. It's very thin with finely ground beef) Black bean chili gets chopped onions and sour cream.

Put a layer of rice on your plate, place a good amount of chili over that, the sprinkle or shred sharp cheddar on it. Place in the microwave for about a second, then top with Pace Picante Sauce (or fresh diced onion) and eat with a fork. Hmmmm hmmmm - Hard to beat that combination! So good!

Put a fairly thick layer of cooked rice on your plate, topping that with a good amount of chili. Then sprinkle or shred sharp cheddar all over it. Put it in the microwave for about a second to melt the cheese, and when that's done, remove it from the microwave and top with Pace Picante Sauce (or fresh diced onion.) Get a fork and dig in! Yummy yummy! - Hard to beat that combination! So good it makes my mouth water!!
