    Yes there are. However they are not within the program like yahoo messenger. You have to go to: chat.msn.com. Then you sign up for a free profile and you can chat with people who use msn messenger or a NET password. However last year MSN stated that everyone who wants to chat there has to sign up and pay a fee for subscription.

    MSN recently halted their chatrooms, even the ones you could have in groups. Which was a shame, but there is a way you can still do it free.... try Phriek, they are a good alternaive

    i don't know from those two but i know there is a ton of chatrooms in paltalk
