Break in tonight and find out.
-
Nope. My ninja skillz are better than any firearm.
-
Only loaded with Nerf balls and water.
-
Nope i have two guns in my home and they are not loaded the bullets for the gun are stored in a metal locking box up high where hands cant get into them and the guns are stored right close by
-
-
Jewels Vern
That's like having a fire extinguisher, but the chemicals are locked in a safe.
-
-
Several. Pistols, rifles, shotguns, pretty much an assortment. Some loaded, some not.
-
No, Thanks for asking though! I don't plan to anytime soon either.
-
yes.
-
of course...my biceps are always ready for action.
-
No, I did before kids and I will after they are gone but for now no loaded guns. The ammo is kept safely separated.
-
One. What's the use in an unloaded gun? There are no small children in my house and when they visit the gun is locked away. When my children were small I wouldn't have a gun of any kind, but since my teenage daughter and I are alone most of the time in a rural area..yes, I keep a loaded gun. And I will use it.
-
Nope they are empty but i know where i can find them
-
No, though I've considered it seriously. I have a small child at home with me alone most of the time, and a gun would probably be kept with the bullets in the clip, but separate from the actual gun, and both kept locked up, but readily available to my bed. It only takes a second or two to slip in a clip and cock it - and sometimes the mere sound of a bullet sliding into a chamber will make an intruder flee.
-
Yes....I have no kids though.
-
Yes. You never know when someone might break in.So I keep the gun I can shoot the best with loaded.
-
No, guns are illegal in Canada.
-
Nope! I'm scared of them, but I do have a rather large candlestick if someone breaks in!
-
Yes
-
Yes,I have had a good bit of tactical pistol and shotgun training .So I am comfortable with loaded weapons in the house .I am a safety Nut with my kids so I take those issuse seriously .I am very comfortable with my blades at close range indoors. And would rather use my blades with my children close by in a home invasion situation. So depending on the situation .I might not go for the gun first.but in either situation I would be bladed.
-
Yup. One in my desk right now. One under the cushions of my couch. One in my nightstand drawer. I'm afraid of home invasions. And, besides, if anyone were to break into my place, I would really love to shoot 'em.
-
Ohh, yeah.
-
Never loaded...but I keep guns. They belonged to my dad and his dad and it is all I got from them to remember them by. You may think me weird but I also like guns as mechanical masterpieces even though I have not shot one in over 20 years.
-
the answer to this question for me has got to be yes and no. yes because i do keep a loaded gun in the house but it is always locked away and no because i also store a number of other firearms which i do not lock away as there are for display purposes only
-
No. Our guns are only used for hunting for food and since moving we don't have licenses for this state yet so there is no reason to be using them.
-
no we have no guns..they are illegal here in Canada
-
Certainly not. I live in Germany, not in the Far West.
-
Several, most are stored in a closet but one is about 15 inches from my head in a compartment in my headboard.
-
Yes. My 9mm pistol and my wifes .38 revolver. I feel bad about keeping the 9mm loaded, though. It weakens the spring in the magazine. When we have children in the house we put them away, of course, and we never keep the other ones loaded or even displayed. (AR-15, FAL, CETME, AK-47, Mosin Nagant.) I have to say that my wife's revolver (Smith and Wesson) has a very nice integral hammer lock. Lock it and nothing can be done to discharge the pistol, short of throwing it in a fire. It's a part of the pistol, so it can never be misplaced...
-
I used to have a room-mate who was paranoid delusional. (found out after the fact) One night during a violent thunderstorm he freaked out from thunderclap and accidently blew a hole in the wall that led to my bedroom..........Fortunately I was at my GFs house at the time. The buckshot took out my tv and part of my bed....... I still have reservations about guns..........but I would like one to protect my family.
-
yeah, semi-autos, genade launchers, and fully-auto as well as three snipers and 5 bazookas lol (this is complete BS)
-
No, I don't live in the middle east or the USA.
-
Yes we do.
-
My Wife & I Both do & are of a mental Attitude & in Practice to Use them. John
-
No,I would never allow a gun in my house. They should be universally banned from existence.
-
Yes, I do but I don't have any children.
-
Airsoft :P
-
YES! LOADED AND UNLOCKED WITH 12 IN THE MAGAZINE AND ONE IN THE PIPE. THERES NO HAMMER TO PULL. JUST SQUEEZE GENTLY
-
You never ever need a gun until you need one badly, they are ALL loaded.
-
No, just swords, knives, and other martial arts weapons everywhere, and of course, I am my own living weapon.
-
Nope - guns of any kind should never have been invented. And if somebody should break into my house, which I believe is -EXTREMELY- unlikely, I would probably hide and call the police EDIT: Wow, pacifism isn't exactly popular here, eh? No wonder your country is so fucked up by now...
-
I am in the process of shopping for one. So not yet.
-
No..neither loaded nor unloaded..and a gun will never be welcome in this home.
-
yes, my 357 magnum its locked in my gun safe
-
Lets just say, that you better bring a bigger gun
-
No that's unsafe, I'd require 3-5 seconds to load one...
-
Many in several places. Each with the first 2 rounds (cartridges) loaded with "Shot" as in a "Shotgun Shell". If an "Intruding Bad Guy" still comes toward U after 2 "Blasts" to the "Face", Just keep pulling the trigger as U just Learned his "Intentions"!!! John
-
Certainly, and carry too. licensed, know how to use them. and will. practice every week to be sure i make no misses or mistakes. will defend in public too
-
1 shot in mt shotgun and 1 blank and 2 bullets in my 9 so if some one breaks in i fire the blank to scare them off and they try to attack me i got some shots to defend myself. i am young but ive been raised around gun safty and military family.
-
Yes, and my dad has enough in his guncase to start a small war.
-
Yes. You should have a loaded gun in your house for self-protection and I do, but they should be safely secured if you have children.
-
yeah but its high enough for the adults to reach it, not the kids. Always on safety though, either way we just click it to hunting mode.
-
nope definetly not, don't believe there's merit in having a gun .. besides, i think they're illegal in canada, not too sure though
-
No never have and never will
-
Yes, unfortunately I life in a country where you get murdered in your sleep, your dogs get either chocked to death (I can give you links to our local news paper as prove) or they get poisoned, old people get brutally murdered, kids get their throats slit on the way to school for a simple cell phone, so yes, I am keeping my baby loaded and close by to protect my wife and kid
-
Just one. This is New York, after all.
-
None are loaded.
-
All guns everywhere are always loaded, this is the first and most important thing to ever know about guns.
-
Yes, let that be a message to all the scumbags out there.
-
I own several, all trigger-locked and locked in a gun safe, and always unloaded.... that's the law. I also have a 6 year old, and until she's old enough to know how to properly handle a firearm, they'll stay in the safe except when I'm afield. Even for a very pro-gu guy like me, a loaded gun in my house is a dumb idea.
-
yea, just in case. But, locked up so the kids dont get em...
-
Loaded? Maybe
-
Guns? What guns? I have no guns!
-
no i live in the uk they are illegal. plus the fact they scare me.
-
yes, my husband works with law enforcement and is also a hunter.
-
I have quite a few, most are locking in the safe but I do keep one shotgun out and loaded for home protection. Not a safety issue unless my cat manages to grow opposable thumbs.
-
only on monday
-
to do so would be illegal
-
when I am sleeping I keep my Glock 30 45acp loaded under my pillow. When I get up,I either take it with me or I keep it locked up in my safe.
-
Super soaker 2000
-
yes i keep loaded guns in my house for safe.
-
es just in case I want t0 die, I can shoot myself in the chest in a soundproof room while in my new tan suit and tie, I really want to be gunned down but I may have to do it myself
-
We live in LA and we don't keep any guns in our houses. We plan on moving to upstate NY where I'm sure we'll have even less use for them.
-
Aha. God no. It isn't legal. So I was at the airport and I saw this sign saying that people had to declare any hand guns they had with them. Bloody scared me.
-
All the time,it makes me sleep better at nite.
-
no but i have a full magazine right next to my gun
-
An unloaded gun is pretty useless. Of course I don't keep them ALL loaded.
-
Yes, I have a loaded gun and a number with rounds close enough to load quickly. Amazing, they never shot anyone yet, in spite of what the gun control people tell you. That should tell you something about RESPONSIBLE gun ownership. GUN CONTROL IS HOLDING THE PISTOL WITH TWO HANDS.
-
nope never
-
Gotta have at least one! As mentioned many times above by others, an unloaded weapon is of little use if the worst nightmare you could possibly have comes true. Imagine being interrupted in your lust for watching "The Hole" by an impolite home invader. I'll just help him out the door with the application of several hundred foot-pounds of directed energy. If guns scare you, loaded or otherwise, then you really shouldn't have one. You've got to practice and be familiar with them if you expect to be able to use one effectively in a high stress situation. It's worse than facing down a charging bear; they're only hungry, while the home invader has nasty intents. Help him to re-boot his thinking!
-
Yes i do
-
A few.
-
no.
-
of coarse;it would be rude and in bad taste to ask someone breaking in to wait while I load my gun.
-
What good is your firearm if it is unloaded?
-
Yes, one in every room.
-
It's the first rule of firearm safety. All guns are always loaded....
-
Yes I do, have no children of course I live alone.
-
lol i do, but i dont ever mess around with it. I just leave it in the ceiling, loaded on fire mode but with no trigger.
-
I've been robbed twice. Now I religously have loaded guns in the house.
-
I keep one in my boxers.
-
My dad has his gun and his rifle always loaded. haha but they are hidden so I don't know where they are. =x
-
Yeah, it's kind of hard to shoot someone with an unloaded gun.
-
Guns AREN'T illegal in Canada... BTW...
-
I personally dont, but my grandma does. Its really funny.
-
Nope :) I would.. But I am only 15-16 :)
-
no have a little brother
-
I have a loaded semi automatic handgun in an easily accessible spot at all times.
-
I have a gun but it's not even in the apt..it's in the car trunk. I am not allowed to have weapons in the apt (not supposed to have them on the property)
-
Yes. I live in a shady area.
-
Yup.
-
Yes. And I am one hell of a shot.
