Yes, I could do with losing about 10kg. I am chubby and am not fitting into all my clothes anymore and am feeling uncomfortable. I am (according to BMI) just over the borderline of overweight/healthy weight, so now is the time to get into action before I get any bigger and it gets any harder.

Yes and the older I get it just gets harder to lose it...I have to work twice as hard and I don't have the energy to work twice as hard.

No. I am fifteen year old, 5'4 and 111 pounds. I do have some fat on my belly that isn't obvious, and I think I am healthy weight-wise.

Yes, I do, but for health reasons beyond physical appearance. I've lost over 20 lbs so far this year, which is worlds better than gaining weight! (I've traveled a lot this year, so fastfood and dining out has been a must.)

No way. If anything I could stand to gain a few pounds. I think my weight might be kind of unhealthy. I mean, last Spring I weighed 105 lbs, and now I weigh 102. But I guess if it was really a problem, I would know by now, right?

Definitely. I'd look and, more importantly, feel much better it I lost about 20-30lbs.

well before i got pregnant i weighed 127 and im 5'2" which i think i could have lost about 20 lbs...but now its really gonna be tough after i have the baby cause ive gained a lot of weight from being pregnant too. oh man!

YESSS, I'm gaining weight lately b/c i haven't been running.I weight 115 pounds and i want to get down to at least 100. I'm also 5"2. i think 15 pounds off is still pretty healthy. I know that if i run for 30 minutes and don't eat sweets it will help me greatly, but how do i avoid not exercising or eating sweets..That's the BIG question!!
