If it was completely safe and I had no family, then yes. As my life is now, no way! I have a 6 week old son and I would not miss his life for anything!
-
Absolutely, given a better than 50% chance of surving, I would make the trip. 18 years is a long time alone, but I'd get a lot of reading done and I'd definitely write that novel. And think of the stuff I'd see! It would be way worth it.

-
no. im just not that interested to give up 18 years of my life.
-
Absolutely!
-
Absolutely not. I don't think i'd do it even if it only took 3 days, there's too much at risk.
-
I feel like that after eating a heavy meal.
-
Me, giving up 18 years of my life? Oh noes!
-
blimey no thanks! i havnt got enough time right now to do the things i want to! Thanks for the offer - very kind of you : )

Why spend 18 years travel time to go somewhere so cold the atmosphere could maintain liquid nitrogen in it's liquid form? I'll pass.
-
No, I wouldn't want to take any longer than a regular vacation for me which would ber about 1-3 weeks and it better have some cool places to visit on the way:-)
-
to discover a planet that no one has been on before. my 7 yr old daughter and i would go. we both love outerspace and would love to go to what ever planet we could go to
-
No because I'd be about 65 years old by the time I got back. I'm still in pretty good physical shape for my age and still have too many good years left, Now ask me when I'm 65 and don't have a whole lot to look foreward to I might give you a different answer.
-
I'd be in my fifties and would have blown the best years of my life whilst I went stark raving mad in a tiny little shuttle. I'll wait till the warp drive generators are available. I'd commit suicide after the fifth month because I couldn't take this anymore. Goodbye cruel solar system.
-
9 years! Whoa! My ass isn't THAT big!
-
I suspect that once you arrived there it might not be to pleasant, so for 18 years worth of travel, ( god thats daunting, no stops anywhere !!) I'd surely have to say no !! I struggle with 15 hour flights across the pacific !!
-
no thanks. too much happens in 18 days for me to keep up with life, i don't think i'd be able to deal with missing out on 18 years.
-
I would love to, even if it took 20 years! There would be plenty of stuff to see on the way!
-
No. I don't like to travel. I get carsick, or in this case, probably rocket sick. From what I have heard, Uranus (pronounced you-RAN-us, everyone says it wrong) is a cold desolate place anyway with an atmosphere of toxic methane. Does not sound like an ideal vacation spot to me. Makes Antarctica sound like the Riviera.

uranus is a gas planet. and it's freezing. id never wanna go there.
-
That would be one HUGE ass! Must be a nightmare at potty time?
