San Sebastian Vintner's Red is my absolute favorite table red. It's lightly sweet and tastes good chilled or mulled. San Sebastian winery is in St. Augustine, FL: http://www.sansebastianwinery.com/cart/display.php?pid=11212&detail=true&hits_seen= I just wish they delivered to the state we moved to. :(

I absolutely love the Almond Champagne from Wien's Winery. You can order from them direct and of course they have many other selections. http://www.wienscellars.com/ I also like the DaVinci Cellars Chianti If you haven't been on a California Wine Tour I highly recommend it. I had so much fun.

My favorite wines are red ones from Spain. Out of all the types and regions, I seem to prefer a good Rioja the best.

Blue Nun is pretty good, but I really like the sparkling 'champagnes', like Asti Spumanti.

There is a really wonderful winery in Templeton, CA called Wild Horse which ahs won all sorts of awards. They make a few terrific wines, especially a rich fruity merlot to die for!!! And some of my friends in CA grow their own grapes and make great wines, even winning some silvers and golds. I'd drink their wine any day!!! There is one French wine I adore but I can't find it anymore. I've saved the bottle and am still on the look out. All I find are really old bottles I can't afford. It was a white wine from Chateau Latour. I used to buy it by the case and then my supplier stopped carrying it years ago. It was my favorite wine:-(

I would have to say that for a premium tasting wine: Melrose Vineyards in Roseburg, Oregon (Umpqua River) and either their Viognier or the Baco Noir. For organic wine: King Estate Winery in Eugene, Oregon (Willamette area) and any of their Pinot Gris wines. For international: Stanley Lambert in Tanunda, South Australia (Barossa) for any of their Shiraz.

A chardonnay from the South African Amani estate. It was truly exquisite, with layers and layers of complex flavours unfolding in perfect harmony. Utterly delicious. Available to order from http://www.amaniwines.com/index.htm [and no, I don't work for them!]
