A doctor may need to do an endoscopy, insert a nasogastric tube, or do x-rays to diagnose the problem. Likely, intravenous fluids, medications, and possibly blood transfusions will be necessary, all of which need to be done in a hospital or like environment. Therefore, seek professional medical help right away.
