At times, though most of the time it feels younger,I am healthy for my age.
-
Yes lol
-
all the time.
-
Every aching waking moment of every day.
-
ah yes. I have a seaking suspicion that this is not my original body I started with.
-
I have a theory. I feel we all age more slowly than our bodies. If you ask any friend how old he or she feels in his or her mind, I bet the answer is in the twenties. I think that after twenty-one, we get about three months (or less) brain-age to the year of physical aging. I have had friends and co-workers in their 50s who feel that haven't reached 30, mentally! Ask your friends and family! Three points to all who have taken the time to answer!

Every day.

Well, today, because I was sitting by a cold, wet drafty window, now my back is killing me! Ahhh! :)
-
sometimes

I am always surprised when I look in the mirror and don't see myself as I think I should look. On bad days I totally won't look in mirrors or I would break down and cry at the person that is gone(my young self)
-
All the time. Without considering the things I can no longer do and the aches and pains, I'd swear I was 25 years younger than I am.
-
Switch it around and your answer is yes.
-
No, just the opposite. I feel like I can still do things I did 30 years ago, and I look better physically, than most people my age.
-
Every day. My mind and my spunky attitude want to do more activities but my body won't cooperate.
-
I think my socks are.
-
For a bout the last 15 years or more, and the feeling has been growing exponentially! To quote Indiana Jones; "It's not the years honey, it's the mileage!"
-
No. I am not looking forward to the day that I do!
-
Yes. I used to go for long nights out and about, but now I'm home before closing time. Way before closing time.
-
No - on the contrary I feel much older than my body looks. I actually want to be old - I wish my body would catch up.
-
Well, my mind still feels like it's young, but my poor aching body doesn't agree! I've had two major spinal surgeries in the past three years that have really taken a toll on me.
-
Alot of times I feel older than I look. Cos I get fatigued alot sometimes I feel like a 70 y/o.
-
I feel somewhat like a 20-something trapped in an 30-something body, but I can still keep up with the 20-somethings just fine, so it's more of a mental challenge.
-
Oh yeah. In my mind I feel as if I am my daughters age when I look at her, but needless to say, I'm not, as my body continues to remind me.
