Sorry to differ - but according to IMDB.com, Colleen Crabtree is the actress who played the mother of the four boys in the Progressive commercial that espoused their concierge service. It ends with her closing the front door and hollering at the kids, "Who wants to practice being quiet?" They fade to black before you hear her scream, "NOW!!"

What the heck is up with the way she walks?? It looks as though she's wearing flats, but walking with her toes pointed straight up. I did it as a kid as a goof - it makes you walk really stilted and gives you a jolting gait. I was wondering if she is handicapped by the way she walks.
