How does being black in Australia, Canada, the UK and in other white-majority countries differ from being black in the US? (Racism wise)

they dont seam to work or have jobs and it appears they get twice as much goverment help as a white fella. As they live in goverment houses its still shitty but if you never work how do you expect to live in a mansion.
