How about Fraser Island? It will be a good place to explore, feed some dingoes and perhaps go swimming at the beach. ;)

You seriously thought I was going to feed wild animals or go swimming in a beach that is infested with sharks, specifically Great White sharks? That's why I added a "wink" meaning, I am BSing you.

smiming in the ocean at Fraser is safe enough heaps of tourists do it every day, the fresh water lake is nicer. plenty to see when snorkeling in the ocean there sharks wont eat you unless you're unlucky Im still here done it plenty of times.
  • Impossible to say unless we know more about you! Brisbane is a cool city for architecture and modern art, and nearer more nature parks and so forth. Sydney is better for traditional art and performing arts, and closer to other cities to scope out. The Outback really isn't for novices, but there's plenty of nature to see there if you are experienced with the outdoors, just keep in mind that it gets hot, sometimes fire, sometimes flood, and the wildlife there all wants to eat you, even little spiders. Cheers!
