Would you rather spend Christmas in Alaska or Hawaii?

Alaska is a big place. Say, hypothetically, someone answers Alaska, thinking of Juneau, and you abduct them, put them on a helicopter, and drop them off 10 miles north of Chicken, Alaska. They'd likely be doomed. Given the choice between the two, I'd take the seasick crocodile.

Neither...I prefer to stay home where it's NOT as warm as Hawaii & definitely NOT as cold as Alaska's warmest location. In general, we normally only have 1 really cold week that usually arrives between Christmas & New Year. January is usually chilly & we begin to have comfortably warm days starting in February. I don't care for extremes of any type of weather & I'm used to my location's mix & can deal with it. The fires & volcanoes in Hawaii would unnerve me where the cold in Alaska would create pain for me & I'm NOT into pain!!! I agree with Dorothy, "There's NO place like home."
