Anything battered and filleted, but catfish ranks on top. Some Walmart stores offered fried catfish in their deli not too long ago. I don't buy Walmart's chicken or other deli foods because they taste like crap. But the catfish was something else - it was delicious.

Yes...What kind? The kind that arrives hot on a plate. Well...I also really like sushi, so I guess it doesn't have to be hot...
