There are probably two ratings - one that he gives you and one that he tells friends. Just take the compliment and don't ask questions.

My breasts don't define me, and any so called BF whose more interested in my breasts than me is not worthy of dating. I used to have breasts that attracted nearly all eyes in the room, now they've been mutilated by surgery and radiation. But my value has not changed. You'll understand that better as you age towards perfection as well. ;)
