I always hold my cell phone in my non-dominant hand, which frees my dominant hand to do whatever I need to do. As a child I also held the telephone receiver of my landline phone in my non-dominant hand.

Opposite, I use the dominant hand on the touch screen.

Opposite. I don't usually use it for talking and I need my dominant hand to work the screen/keyboard.

I usually use my right hand. My left hand is the dominant one. This way I can use my left hand for other uses.
