I have no idea. I was 10 years old before I ever heard of TV. When I saw one in St. Louis at a mall while on vacation with my parents I thought that was the greatest thing since sliced bread!

I think it was "Mr Potato Head", I'm assuming in USA, early to mid 50s. I think I heard this the other day when they were talking on the news about Hasbro dropping the "Mr".
