  • "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech." Has congress written a law abridging your free speech on internet forums?
  • For the sake of discussion, and clarity, you are talking about the 1st Amendment of The Constitution of the United States of America, right? "Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992) Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. " ************ Or are you talking about being reported for being offensive, containing spam, a duplicate post, nonsense or in the wrong category which was then agreed to by the staff who then removed your post? The two are not the same thing. What proof do you have that your rights have been infringed upon? Have you read the terms of use on this site or the one you think infringed on your rights? Or even The Constitution, for that matter?
