  • I asked my doctor the same question during my Annual Physical last week and was told vitamin D deficiency effects your energy level and thin, brittle, or misshapen bones. The doctor did not specify pelvic bone. So, I'm on supplements and trying to get more time in the sun!
  • I already told you hip dips are healthy. Did you not read the article at the link I provided? If not its still there you can still go back and read it. Vitamin D deficiency is diagnosed by a doctor. " the Institute of Medicine (IOM) defines insufficiency as less than 11 nanograms per milliliter. Using that as a threshold, some 10 percent of U.S. adults are vitamin D deficient, according to a study published in November in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition." So you are probably not D deficient, and hip dips are NOT AN INDICATOR.
