  • I've heard different definitions of vegetarian and vegan...Does your friend eat any dairy, eggs, or fish?
    • Linda Joy
I asked her if she eats dairy and eggs but didn't hear back yet.

Every other week, I don't eat any red meat...I feel better when I don't eat meat, but I stay hungry...I don't think I could ever be a full-time vegetarian.

I eat chicken, fish, shrimp and Turkey pepperoni. Sometimes pork, but not often. Do you eat beans? They're filling.

  • Cereal and/or fruit. Personally I like Grape Nuts best, and it's REALLY healthy for you compared to almost all other cereals, and really CHEAP compared to almost all other cereals, but the flavor and texture is not for everyone. (Hint: add milk and let stand for 5 minutes before eating.) Kellog's Raisin Bran and Wheaties were also favorites of mine as a child, but they're not nearly as healthy for you as Grape Nuts.
