How much money is it to raise a baby all on your own?

Im on wic, and i get food stamps and medical for me and my son. I get 9 cans of formula a month and i can get up to $300 in food stamps, and food stamps buys baby formula. How many diapers and wipes would i go through each month and how expensive? I have the option to let my sister (shes 20) babysit my one month old while i go make $8. 15 an hour . or i can get 300- 400 A month from welfare. Rent a month is 200. So i have 100- 200 a month for my baby and me to live off of. I dont feel right leaving the baby and dont tell me to do what feels right because i dont know. So either leave my baby with my sister so she can raise him when im not home and pay her to baby sit, or get 100- 200 a month. Advise please
