• Nope, never had that problem. Mine has a replaceable bag that is easy to remove without a mess. But the vacuum cleaner itself does have a habit of running into things and getting stuck. I guess you can't have it all. I'm glad that yours rolls merrily along for you, happy house cleaning ! : )
    • Linda Joy
But in this case I feel like I did get it all! And I got it for free! Including the lesson on how to do it right the next time!
    • Ice man
      Hahahahaha ... I guess you're right. Well done. : )
  • Unfortunately I have done that more than once but not the same day. And a different vacuum. Grrrr! :)
    • Linda Joy
Well at least we figured out how to do it right the next time!
  • not yet and thats why i havent tried to empty it
  • Yes. Also, I still keep a pneumatic as it is better than the Dyson over fabrics and soft coverings. But hope you have fun with the Dyson all the same.
  • You'd be surprised how many bagless vacuums I find out on the curb. I think I know why. It can be very messy to clean all those filter areas. Its enough to have folks go back to using disposable filter bags.
  • Naa, I take it back to the store and complain it isnt working!
  • No,i dont have carpet floors
    • Linda Joy
I'm so thankful to be getting rid of mine!
  • Yes, you're not alone on that one.
  • It happened the first time with a new vacuum cleaner.
  • I have done that with my sister's Dyson. It was good enough to remove the evidence, she doen't know it happened.
