  • sounds like periodontal disease to me. although it may appear that you have a healthy amount of gums, if you're grinding, you're stressing and damaging the bone that holds your teeth in tightly. if you can already feel mobility, it's usually too late. some really super heroic periodontists might try to save the teeth, but i believe that a smart one would extract the doomed teeth and opt for an implant.
