- Uncle Scrooge was the brother of one of Donald parents, - he could have been the husband of the sister of one of Daisy parents, so she could call him her uncle, but in this case, there would be no blood line between Daisy and Scrooge, hence no blood line between Daisy and Donald. - Some people say that incest between first grade cousins is only a problem if there have children and in these stories, nobody have children, just uncles and nephews... - Here is a page with various Duck family trees. When a question like this comes up, you realise some has gone into something way more indepth than what it was meant for :P They may only be incestuous cousins which although still incest, aint really as bad as bro and sis!

No the nephews are huey duey & louie or whatever, Donald, I think, is their dad, which makes him scrooge's brother.

Nephews, nieces - who cares? Correct me if I'm wrong but sex between related ducks isn't an offence. In fact, correct me if I'm wrong again, but sex between human cousins isn't an offence. It may be frowned upon in certain quarters but it isn't incest.
