Eat 'N Park? I ate at one of those many years ago, over a decade, while vacationing in West Virginia. We here had a radio talk show host who would stop whatever he was doing to take a call on the first sighting of a flatbed truck carrying a load of Christmas trees, usually happened late October. That was his start. While I'd like to say December 1st., will say, for the sake of the funny answer you're looking for, it's when the phrase "Black Friday" is said for the first time for a store promotion.

When I start seeing Christmas programs on Tv. The next is when I start my Christmas shopping. Yes, I am a procrastinator and will admit I have not done any Christmas shopping at all yet. I plan to start shopping next week. :-)
