there is enough atmosphere on the moon for there to be a 'storm' Unless of course it get hit with something, it could be considered a storm The footprints are still there if they actually went

There is no weather on the moon, just light and dark, hot and cold.

The moon only has a few stray air molecules, not enough to be called an atmosphere and not enough for any weather. About the only storms there are meteor showers and space dust coming in.
