Turkey is number one by a long shot. My mom roasts four or five fat ones every week. We have eleven kids and five adults in the family and turkey is perfect either hot or cold. Everyone in our house prefers it over chicken, so we don't eat much chicken, except for hotwings, which we have every Friday night for family film night, and lemon chicken soup, which is part of our Sunday dinner. Fish and seafood are number two. We're of Greek ancestry, so we love fish and seafood. On top of that, my dad is a seafood fanatic. We have some form of fish or seafood with practically every dinner. We go fishing as a family every Sunday and and usually catch enough catfish and panfish to last the week. Lamb and beef come next, especially during BBQ season. Every Sunday, we eat moussaka and cevapcici, which contain both beef and lamb. We don't eat a lot of pork, mostly in the form of bacon to flavor our baked beans, which is another thing that my mom cooks twice a week. Sometimes, instead of turkey on Thursday, she makes pork carnitas, but that's only about once a month.

I like beef for the most variety - it can be a roast, or ground beef, or a steak, or in a burrito, etc. Seafood is my second choice - about 45% beef, 35% seafood, 10% chicken and 10% everything else. Seafood is delicious, but doesn't seem to have the substance of beef, and chicken is good once in a while because it is healthy and less expensive.

I have chicken most often, but I like lamb the best... rare, roasted with rosemary, olive oil, and garlic.

We have chicken the most, but ground turkey comes in second place. Seafood then Beef is last. I don't think pork is good for you, so we don't eat it.
