Delicious, leftover fresh boneless pork roast - eat it hot or cold, with some thyme and/or mustard on it if desired - a low-carb devotee's dream!! OR - fresh organic strawberries, sliced, with peanut butter - low-carb all the way and combines the textures and tastes of both, into one delicious package - perfect. THESE choices are bound to be different from many others' suggestions because of their low-carb nature!!..."Mangia." Oh, P.S. - the peanut butter is NOT kept in the fridge, but I listed it anyway. I went from size 16 to size 6-7 doing low-carbing, and I swear by it - if you don't need to lose weight, my suggestions are still tasty anyway - if you do need to lose weight, they are as low-carb as it gets and will literally "pull" weight off if eaten on a regular basis, as they did for me!!...
