Paper towels.
-
hand dryers. they block the sounds emanating from the toilets.
-
Paper towels, all the way. I like the heaters to dry my hair though. Don't ask me how I know this.
-
paper towels, that way I can use them to open the door that was just touched by all the people that didnt wash their hands after their business.
-
paper towels the hand dryers are incredibly dirty and filled with germs
-
I don't feel clean unless I can feel the germs being wiped away, hot air just doesn't cut it for me. I've heard that those driers don't actually kill germs, anyway.
-
Air dryers are more enviromental, towels are better in everything else.
-
I used to prefer towels, but that's only because the dryers are usually so weak. I got to Laurier University and found all the dryers are like tiny jets! I'd take them over a towel any day.
-
Paper towels. The hand dryers seem to be lacking in what they are supposed to do and I always have to push the button or wait for the sensor twice to get my hands completely dry.
-
paper towels then you can open the door with it and not touch the door handle yuck!!!!!
-
Paper towels, please. Perhaps they're not quite as ecologically sound an idea, but the sure do work a hell of a lot better. Besides, have you ever tried to blow your nose in a hand dryer? Not pretty.
-
towels followed by the dryer. And the new dryers are pretty good.
-
Paper towels. The dryers just don't cut it. But I will use both if the only water was cold.
-
Paper towels.
-
Paper towels. They dry your hands faster. With heated hand dryers, it can take forever and your hands still feel partially wet. Plus, and I don't know how true this is - it's probably an Urban Legend - I've been told that using a hand dryer stimulates/incubates bacteria on your hands to grow/spread.
-
If the washroom had no door, or the door opened automatically, so you didn't have to touch anything leaving the restroom, which method would you prefer then?
-
Paper towels, it's quicker.
-
air dryers, because what happens when the guy before you pees on his hand and grabs the towels? You go and grab a towel that looks like someone with wet hands touched and you are actually wiping your hands with his urine. NOT COOL.
-
I've only ever used one hand drier that did its job. The rest leave you with warmed up bacteria on your moist hands. Then you go off with you moist bacteria ridden hands and open the bathroom door like everyone else, pick up a few more germs and wander off, wiping your child's sticky face. I take wet wipes with me and use paper towels.
-
paper towels. The blowers actually spread germs around the room. As for opening the doors i try and use my feet! :)
-
whenever i use the dryers i end up needing to dry my hands on my shirt neway so towels work much better for me
-
Paper Towels. You will be all week using a hand dryer.
-
Paper towels please. Those dryers take to long to dry the hands and I am impatient.
-
Paper towels. I hate those noisy blower contraptions.
-
Paper towels, can use as seat covers if out of them, and use on faucets and door handles. Can't do that with dryers.
-
Paper towels
-
Paper towels. They're faster, too.
-
air dryers, I don't like reaching for a paper towel, and finding nothing there.
-
As bad as it is for the world...I like paper towels more since they dry my hands better. Hand dryers just blow the water to a different part of my hand, I'm better wiping it on the back of my jeans.
-
Paper towels. The stupid Hand Dryers don't dry my hands well enough, and I can't dry my face if I wash it.
-
I don't like the semi-dry feeling. I NEED the paper towels.
-
i think paper towels are more hygenic
-
Dryer that are activated by movement. I just think they're cool!
-
Paper towels. With the air dryers, I always end up wiping my hands on my pants.
-
As un-environmentally friendly as it is, I prefer the paper towels. Air drying just never seems to really dry my hands. Both are better than that old cloth towel spindle thing, though.
-
Paper Towels, the Dryers tend not to dry the water off properly while drying out the skin. a very weird feeling.
-
Um. I really don't think that either of those is a good answer. If they don't have toilet paper, I'm not gonna use paper towel to clean up, that hurts WAY too much. Hand tryers really would't help the situation much either, I guess I'm just gonna be stuck using my shirt.
-
A paper towl because the air dryers never get your hands completely dry....
-
paper towels
-
Paper towels. AIr dryers burn my hands.
-
I would normally say, paper towels, that is, until this last week. I used a hand dryer that blew probably 5 to 6 times more volume than any other hand dryer. If they could all be like that, I'd take a hand dryer any day. I think it was "XLERATOR". Plus, I never had to touch it. It was automatic.
-
hand dryers
-
paper towels because they say that bacteria builds up inside the coils of the hand dryer gross!
-
Paper towels
-
usually towels, but at a rest stop in virginia i came across a "high speed/high economy" hand dryer. it was such a powerful stream of air i wasnt sure how my hands stayed on and in less than ten seconds they were entirely dry. i much preferred that kind of hand dryer. the typical ones are weak and inefficient.
-
Hand dryers. But I make sure I dry them out completely.
-
Paper towels, because they work faster.
-
paper towels cause hand dryers dont work
-
I don't care one way or the other since I generally dry my hands on my pants.
-
Paper towels, unless they have the Super High Powered Air Dryers!
-
I prefer paper towels because they're quick to get the job done... however I do feel guilty when I use them. So I try to use hand dryers if they have both.
-
Although I like the air dryers, it annoys me when they don't have ANY paper towels so that you can wipe your kids face off or a spot on your clothes.
-
Generally paper towels, but I did find these one hand dryers at a premium outlet mall that were awesome. They were super powered like the dryers at the end of a car wash and dryed your hands in about 7 seconds! Those should be everywhere instead of those hand dryers that take forever to completely dry your hands.
-
Paper towels! It's quicker!
-
Paper towels are better because what the soap and water misses will probably end up on the towels. and i use them to turn off the water and open the door.
-
I like the hand dryers for the kind of drying they do and the fact it keeps the bathrooms cleaner but I still need a paper towel to run the tap and to open the door!
-
Paper towels. The hand dryers just don't dry my hands!
-
It doesn't matter if the place of business cared about you as a customer and installed footpull's. Check out their website www.footpull.com
-
Paper towels, I never seem to get my hands dry with the dryers.
-
Paper towels 'cos the hand dryer doesn't work, or it takes forever to dry, therefore towels - I can get out of there quicker.
-
Paper towels, hand dyers make you look like silly.... cause there is a line of people behind you and you still have wet hands bythey end of it =)
-
Paper towels!
-
Paper towels. The hand dryers just don't dry my hands.
-
When it comes to "public" bathrooms I am a "major germaphobe" and I mean big time!! I don't wash my hands in a publis restroom...how many germs are on that fauset?!!!!!!!!! I have a "hopital" approved type of hand sanitizer that I use after a visit to the B/R..it is used by doctors after scrubing for surgery!! I use that then I "very carefully" take a paper towel and open the door with it! If there are no paper towels...not a problem...I carry a few with me and I always have "napkins" from some fast food place in my purse...I also carry huge purses!! LOL LOL You would not believe the people in restrooms who ask to share my "germasideal" foam!! I always share too!!
-
I've known people that pee into the hand dryers.
-
New hand dryers are pretty good in use and easy to install also. You can check more hand dryers, paper towel dispensers and Other products at Hand dryers, Paper towel dispensers, Soap dispenser..

Definitely paper towels. I hate using McDonald's restrooms because all they have are those air dryers!!!
