  • Any Gawd would BE "my" Gawd, because I wouldn't have much of a choice or "say" in the matter, would I? +5
  • I don't know... This is generally going to be the case for most religious people though, They can't all be right!
  • I would tell it it wasn't my god to its face, unless it gave me some reasonable answers as to where the hell its been and what its been doing with its thumb up its butt while the world goes to chit.
  • hey, what's 80 years of belief compared to an eternity in an undesirable place? would i admit defeat or the error of my ways? of course!

Sitting on the fence until the last moment...Do you really THINK this is acceptable...
  • Currently I don't have a god. Therefore if a god came along, I assume it would have some sort of superpower not available to humans and I would be at its mercy. There would be no way to defeat or escape it. I guess I would live the rest of my life in resentful obeisance, or kill myself (probably the latter).
  • I don't know. But this is without doubt the most thought provoking question about any religion I have seen.
  • It would be my God Zenrean. I believe they are all one..I believe all religions lead to the same place..none "better" than any other. So I'd be covered my friend with no worries! :)

If all religions lead to the same place, then why would Jehovah have left us a guide book? (Mark 9:7) And a cloud formed, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud: ?This is my Son, the beloved. Listen to him.? (Matthew 28:19, 20) Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.? All religions do not comply
  • I would feel myself lucky because God is one with different names+5

Only one name...(Exodus 6:3) And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as God Almighty, but with regard to my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.
  • Make friends fast!
  • Talk to the God that made that god. It could not exist without the God of my knowing and He has zero agenda for bad.
  • Wonder if said god was the only one, and just had many faces; or if I had to deal with many seperate gods, which sounds terribly confusing.

Jehovah God asked for exclusive devotion...(Exodus 34:14) You must not bow down to another god, for Jehovah is known for requiring exclusive devotion. Yes, he is a God who requires exclusive devotion.
  • I wouldn't know until I died, and it (might) would be too late then anyway.
  • No problem. I give reverence and respect to any god whose territory I enter, and to hundreds of other gods besides, all the time.
  • I have no God or gods - but if one of the myths proved real then I'd suck up to it I guess...just so I could stay around long enough to get the feel if the afterlife, ( if any ), was worth all the bother and bullsh*t I would have to go through to get it.
  • I would have to study that "god" first, since there are hundreds of gods: http://www.godchecker.com/

There is only ONE true God...and hundreds/ thousands of false gods...those imagined by men's thinking.
