Since my best friend and confidant died this past december ; I have NO ONE to share with ... so I just put everything out on my MySpace blog everyday ... +5
-
i dont share it.
-
Nobody, never let down your gaurd and become vulnerable, thats when people use you.
-
I keep my problems to myself.
-
Sometimes I'll call my dad, but 99.99% of the time i keep things to myself because frankly, nobody really gives a shit. Sadly the world is dog eat dog.
-
I still need to find someone to share with. Not really able to find someone who understand me very well. USed to share things with my mother, but she is too old and I do not want to give her my problems. Many times I can share with my wife. But not all the time. May be I will share it with my son one day. May be that will help him to share his problems with me too.

I talk to my God, and ask him for guidance...for extra wisdom, for motivation, for some drive... I cant say I get "depressed" but sometimes I get in a position where I "need to do something"... So, I come with a resolution, and a solution, and I changed it...with the tools that I have, a new perspective...a better outcome...and whatever. I dont share them with people, cuz sometimes I can get alot of useless information...

My wife or my dog.
-
I pray to God, and I talk to my friends.

I read books that are uplifting and it makes me feel better. There are so many people that have overcome obstacles far greater than my own that gets me going. There is a book called Left To Tell that I would recommend to anyone human, by Imaculee Ilabaganza. She survived atrocities in Africa and learned English in a 4' x 4' bathroom hidden with seven other people in that spot for 4 months. What a story and it is all documented.

ABer, sometimes.

I find it hard to share my problems with anyone, because people can't really help get the prblems out of your head...they offer consolation, and it helps for a bit...but not really. But, if i really have to, i go to a certain friend, we're not even amazingly close, just we can share anyhting.

My bf or my close friends. They're alays there to listen and Im always there to return the favour!
-
My boyfriend - he had a really bad childhood so he can identify with the way I'm feeling and what I'm going through....Also, my Dad is my go-to person for advice.....and finally, my animals - of course they can't solve my problems but they sense when I'm sad and snuggle with me or lick my hand - it makes me feel a little better
-
At the moment, the only person I can talk to is my driving instructor, so her.
-
Friends
-
I don't. Most "professionals" will tell you that this is a bad way to deal with stuff, but my experience is that talking about your problems will just make the good people uncomfortable, and give the bad ones a tender spot to aim their shots at. Very seldom do you strike someone who can help you, and will.

Occasionally I share it with my best friend and sometimes an online friend but mostly I keep it to myself because no one can get my brain to stop messing up and making me depressed.

I honestly have nobody to talk to about my problems and no I'm not feeling sorry for myself. It's just the way it is.
-
No one. That's one of the things depression does, makes you crawl inside yourself. +5
