Oh, yeah! First had it at a pub in New York called Drake's Drum. Bought one of their T-shirts and wore it until it fell apart. A friend just brought me a frozen Shepherd's Pie from Trader Joe's, but I haven't tried it yet.

Sure do! +5

Yes, I do.
-
Love it =) Proper comfort food!
-
Yup, that is what we had last night.

It's OK. My mom would make it from time to time when I was growing up. It isn't a gourmet meal but it sure did seem that way back then.
-
heck yes! with lots of good ol blood-pressure-raisin' salt
-
Yes. Meat, carbs and veggies. Can't go wrong with that combination. When I was growing up it was called Chinese pie in our household...not sure why.
-
Depends on who makes it. I like mine...

Nope
-
I don't care too much for it.
-
No because it is harmful

Yes! If you are ever at Epcot, go to the English Pub and try it.
-
I sure do...a good way to get your meat and veggies in one bite....
-

Yep when my granny made it.

I've never eaten genuine shepherd's pie, although I'd like to sometime. I've had cottage pie. It's the same thing, only it's made with ground beef whereas the original shepherd's pie is made with lamb. I suspect that a lot of those in here who answered "yes" actually had cottage pie as well. The names are often interchanged - incorrectly, but acceptable.
-
Usually I do, in all its variations. I have to say though, that not all Shepard's pies are created equal. I had one once in a casino restaurant that I couldn't even eat. I took it home for my dogs.
-
yes not had for a long time
-
I may have had it years ago and I can't remember if I am a fan of it.
-
Haven't had it in many years but I liked it then so I am sure I would like it now.
