  • Murder, rape and child abuse for starters. I'll have to think about the main course!;)
  • MURDER!! We shouldn't even give them a trial!!! If you outright kill someone.....You die next Tuesday at 2pm. No need to waste our money and time on someone like that. Also molestarion of our young and helpless kids. They die within the week as well. No need to waste time and money on them either. SICKO's!!! The others need to go to trial to determine the outcome. invis. +5
  • Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. What is sin? 1 John 3:4 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. So how about you, do you deserve death? Look at the "mirror" of the Ten Commandments. Ever lied? Stolen? Lusted (adultery of the heart - Matt. 5:27-28) or had sex out of marriage? Guilty or innocent on Judgment Day? Heaven or Hell? ("All liars will have their part in the lake of fire" - Rev. 21:8). Jesus took your punishment on the Cross, proving God’s love. He defeated death. Repent and trust Him - God will forgive you and give you everlasting life. Read the Bible daily, obey it - John 14:21. God will never let you down.
  • I'll start with terrorism and the obvious ones to do with children and sadism, etc. :o)
  • Rapes and murder!
  • As of about 1990 there had been approximately 1800 executions in the United States with 16 known mistakes. That's too many mistakes for me........I wouldn' t want to be a mistake.........
  • Yep, Murder, rape, child abuse, terrorism and stealing my beer :-)
  • Maybe some crimes deserve death. But there are numerous examples of people who have been sententenced to life imprisonment for rape, murder, etc, and were exhonerated years later. That's why I oppose the death penalty.
  • Nope, none. Committing crimes warrants rehabilitation and/or incarceration, but there is no reason I can think of that would give a government a good reason to kill someone for a crime.
  • Rape murder and child abuse but only if done multiple times except child abuse
  • No. The most compelling reason is that one innocent put to death would never be worth the many deaths of the guilty.
  • I use to think so, but no longer. I do however think some crimes should be punished by lifetime sentences (never get out). I think everyone who goes behind bars should pay for their crimes in the financial means. examples 1. You steal a car - you go to prison and are made to work. the pay should be half the minimum wage for that area. They remain in prison until the car is paid in full as if it was at brand new price to the victim. All court cost and lawyer fees and any out of pocket expenses the victim may have had while being without said vehicle. a certain amount is taken out for prison expenses. The prisoner does not get any of the money earned. second offense everything doubles. No parole you get out when you paid for your crime. 2. would be someone spending their life behind bars. same applies but continues until the prisoner dies.
  • Death deserves Death
  • Murder, child sexual abuse, mother or father extreme child neglect resulting in death,a nd Drug dealing on the level of the Cartels, Human trafficing of children for the use of sex.
  • murder and rape are the big ones. or leaving someone paralyzed or horribly disfigured. jut my opinion
  • Many crimes deserve death or worse--but man is is not capable of deciding when and to whom the death penalty should be given. We make mistakes, we don;t always get at the truth, sometimes the context of a crime is beond our comprehension.
  • No crime deserves the death penalty. An eye for an eye is a very idiotic belief, and is free of mercy, which is sorly needed in the world today.
  • Murder and Rape need the death penalty and if its a 100% conviction being caught on tape or 100% DNA results it should be carried out within a month of the trial keeping known murder's and rapist on death row for 20+ years is stupid . It would send a strong message if they were excicuted qick and done by hanging or electric chair why should they get to die all peaceful with drugs their victims didnt die a calm death
  • I would think that murdering another would deserve death. I believe it really would only console the family whose loved one's life was taken away, but I'm not sure it would do much for the one that committed the crime. Other than take his life, and really make him/her regret what he/she did until the time comes. He/she also has family that would mourn the loss of their loved one, when the sentence is carried out. It would convey the message that if you kill another, you will be put to death. But I think if someone is in a state of mind to kill, they probably won't clearly see that.
  • Our country is messed up. The law is on the side of the criminal. I have to put things in perspective. If someone killed one of my children, what would I want done to the killer??? If someone raped one of my children, what would I want done to the rapist??? Our consequences for crime are way too soft. If they were more rigid the percentage rate of crime would fall. People might think before they do something. I am an old lady now and I have seen way too many horrible things happen and nothing ever done. We live in a no consequence society.
  • Driving under the speed limit in the left lane.
  • Yes. Murder, in particular, but it depends on the case. In general, I think that if someone will spend the remainder of their life in prison, without a doubt, then they should be executed. I consider it unreasonable that my tax dollars go to pay for the care and upkeep of someone who a)has already committed heinous crimes and b) could potentially escape to do it again. I do, however, believe that the jury must be absolutely certain. If someone voluntarily confesses (they walked in to the P.D. and said, "it was me"), never recants, and there's is so much as an ounce of evidence to back it up, do it. The main problem with death penalty cases is the ridiculous amount of appeals, etc. that the guilty are allowed. Joseph Duncan is an excellent example. I see no justifiable reason why he is still alive but, because our system is screwed up, he is.
  • YES, RAPE, SLAUGHTER, AND CHILD MOLESTING, BECAUSE YOU TRY TO FORGIVBE THEM AND GIVE THEM CANHSES BUT SOME PEOPLE JUST CANT STOP F*** UP SO WHY LET THEM GO FREE!! WHAT THEIR GOONG TO CLAIM ANOTHER VICTIM, WHAN THAT VICTIM COUL BE YOUR SELF, YOUR LITTLE SISTER OR BROTHER YOUR BEST FRIEND YOUR MOSM MAYBE YOUR DAD OR YOUR BEST FRIND THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR YOU ALL YOU LIFE, AND ALL THE SUDEN YOU FIND OUT THAT THIS f*** RAPED THE AND SLAUGHTER THEM INSIDE OUT INTO PEACES.
