I'm a loner. I live in my own little world, I have a passion for things that I can enjoy by myself and no one can take that away from me. Even when people attempt to provoke me to envy, it has no effect because I don't want what they want.

I did not handle the jealousy issues very well and it cost me a couple of very good relationships .... and then the regrets and the heartaches .... I just couldn't get over the jealousy and kept repeting the SAME mistake ...JEALOUSY. I'm doing better now; BUT ... NOW; I am ALONE ...

I turn off my internal dialogue, appreciate what I do have, recharge my life force, and go make the things that I want to happen a reality.

You must rein yourself in and think rationally because jealousy kills a relationship faster than any other emotion. It is obsessive and restrictive and willmake both partners miserable. Just try to understand that everyone needs space.

Think of all the other options that could be. There's likely to be a lot that you have no need to get jealous over....

Learn to appreciate the person or things you are jealous of instead.

interesting question. i do not remember feeling jealous of anyone for a very long time. i'm happy about that. thanks for the insight. NO WAIT! i think i'm jealous of you for asking such a good question!

Figure out where it comes from. What is it within that is making me feel that. Usually it's my issue...although at times, it's my intuition talking to me!! :-)
