I know it is NOT enough ; BUT I usually walk about two miles ... every other day .

I have a treadmill that I use 6 times a week for 45-60 minutes each time. Plus I walk 3km on weekdays (outside)

I always exercise on my stationary bike when I can't ride my bike outside sometimes cause of the bad weather.

today- walking from my bedroom to my bathroom several times.. walking downstairs to my car to drive and get food and walk back upstairs. its not much, but it gets me by.

Work around the house. Built a pond, a storage shed, a M_I_L apartment. Planted lots of trees. Garden. Do woodworking. In fact, I have so many projects going now I am guaranteed to be exercising for the next twenty years! <G1>

Walking mostly and I stretch every morning when I wake up

I am singularly active on this front. For instance, I INSIST on shuffling the cards. Sometime I set up the chess board AND NO ONE IS PLAYING! I often will change seats while watching television for no reason at all. Finally, for stretching, I purposely pull up to the fast food drive up window a good foot or too farther away than is comfortable.
