• The BodyTrac glider is rated high and is inexpensive. My choice is a stationary bike. Prices vary from $100 to over a grand.
  • Walking is free. But since the weather doesn't always cooperate, I bought a treadmill at the thrift store for $35. We also have stairs at the apartment complex I may eventually be able to navigate. They are at least covered. Your computer should be able to give you a plethora of exercise programs you can watch and participate for free or paid versions. I liked Tae-Bo back when I was doing the dvd version. But for those who are bedridden or chair-bound there are programs as well. And there are always planks for the ambitious! For those without even internet there should be a pbs exercise broadcast. But I'd like to reiterate, walking is best and free.
