Zero. It's silly. If you're interested, ask someone out. If not, or if you're already taken, what the heck are you doing anyway? It's pointless as far as I can tell. Either you're seriously interested in someone, in which case make a move and let him/her know directly. If you're not, then you're being a tease or cruel or you're cheating on your partner..bad show.
