Zero..I am selfemployed lost days cost money in 50 years of working I cant remember ever being off for more than a couple of days in any one period and in those 50 years I've probably lost 2 months. Thats not to say I haven't been ill, money is more important. If there was no such thing as sick pay, there would be far less lost working days, goods and services would be a lot cheaper and people would feel a lot better working off a cold than laying moping about it. Get a life...
-
As many as I want. If I am sick I am sick.
-
None. My boss' philosophy is that if you don't give employee sick days, they won't get sick. HA HA!

Sick days, what are those? I can't call in sick unless I'm confined to a hospital bed or I would've today.
-
None. I am a stay-at-home mom. I am lucky if I get chicken soup after my husband gets home.
-
6 months on full pay then 3 months on half pay

Zero - they don't care if we die as long as we show up
-
A week of sick days and 2 weeks of vacation that we could use as sick days.
-
As many hours I have accumulate, but I have to use three days of paid time off before I can claim paid sick leave.
-
We have 7 sick days and 14 vacation days. However if we take either sick leave or vacation we need to cover up for the work by working Saturday and Sunday of that week. So I do not take any sick leave since I need to work 2 days for each leave I take.
-
As many as necessary, the business is mine and if I am sick I can take care of the business from my home.
-
At the beginning of every month, I get 4 hours of sick time added to my current amount that never expire.

We did not get sick days we went on sick call
-
I am not allowed to work because some idiot docter said that all of my days are sick days without the proper medication... the way I see it I was not sick to begin with but he does not get paid for prescribing a healthy dose of food and water... I was alloted way too many.
-
None, zip, Zelch, ZeRo nodda! I am a MOM!
-
None really. My partner and I just cover for each other.
-
Not sure about that. I miss very few and have several hours of sick time built up but they build up very slowly. It is frowned on if anyone misses very many days and it goes on your evaluation even though you are truly sick.
-
I pretty much get unlimited but I have to produce a Dr.'s note if I use more than 2.
-
Normally 6 paid, I think. But more unpaid.
