Too many people think that you have to make a butt out of yourself to have a good time. Giving in to peer pressure is looking for acceptance from your peers, but being true to youself makes you different and special and the right people will see that.

NO it is not ok. It is written in the bible that you have to drink until you drop on every birthday from 18-29. If you don't you are not worthy in the eyes of the lord and will go to hell.

Personally I would prefer to be sober so I can enjoy and remember my special birthday, why would I want to make myself ill? There are plenty of other times to get drunk, however, if you decide that you do want to get drunk then I hope that you have an enjoyable time...just ensure that you are safe :-)

well the drinking age is 21 so no your 18th birthday is when your supposed to buy porn and cigarettes theres no rule saying you have to use either of them though

That's more than ok. If you like your independence from needing to drink to feel a certain way then you are way head of the crowd.

You know that should be a hand clapping hurrah but it just makes me sad that you felt the need to ask. You may be an official adult but you need some more maturity. Adults dont give a s**t what other people think about their personal life choices unless that other person is involved. You don't need anyone's permission to stay healthy and make logical choices. Happy birthday and keep making mature choices!
