Here in Puerto Rico alcohol flows like rivers and cascades. 24/7.....everytime, everywhere. There is a hardware store not too far from my house....and they have a small bar where you can buy beer, wine and hard liquor, sit down, and get drunk while ordering nails and plumbing supplies. Welcome to the Caribbean!

Well first of all the grocery stores here ONLY sell beer/wine coolers, no liquor. Mon-Thur they stop selling at 9pm, NONE on Sundays, or holidays. Liquor stores are the same way. The state I grew up in sells till like 12-1am. Liquor and beer and wine. Even Sundays with reduce hours! It is crazy how one state to another can be so different!
