It's 11am and I've so far eaten 1 protein bar, 1 banana, 1 glass of water with Emergen-C (I'm trying to get over a cold) and about 2 cups of coffee.

it's 9.30pm breakfast - 2 plums and a kiwi fruit lunch - cheese salad sandwich dinner - sausage, mash, onion gravy, brocolli, ice cream also, cups of coffee, 2 glasses red wine, 1 packet of fruit gums, 3 quality street (green triangle, malt toffee, and the toffee one.) update: just had another quality street (caramel keg)

Breakfast: a poached egg, a piece of sprouted wheat toast. Snack: Greek yogurt with some frozen peaches and blueberries. Lunch: 3/4 of a homemade veggie burger on a whole wheat bun. Snack: "Sugar plum & spice" tea and two little gingerbread crisps. Dinner will be homemade black bean soup, with avocado, green onion, and smoked cheddar sprinkled over it. Yum.

It'a already 4:02 PM and all I've ate are some chips and hot sauce.

Im on a diet so i had a bowl of porridge with banana and sultanas a plate of homemade ministrone soup then a baked potato with tuna, then i went and wasted it all and had two glasses of wine!

VictorineWine is fine on a weight-loss diet, especially a white with low sugar content. The rest of what you're consuming may not be all that helpful.

for breakfast: left over mozzerella sticks and french fries from friendlys, a glass of milk along with fiesta cheese its. for lunch: vegetarian corn dog, bowl of ice cream along with more cheese its. dessert: more ice cream oh geez i think im not too healthy. yepp im like laying out my life story like you guys are interested haha=)

I was running late...no time for breakfast before I left the house..... but in our little mini-fridge here at work was some white rice left over from chinese take-out 2 nights ago, so I had that and a Fresca. Ah......the breakfast of champions;) Oh, and I had a butterscotch lifesaver about 30 minutes ago!

An energy drink when I got up, snacked on some broccoli and tortilla chips when I got home and then ate a banana with peanut butter. Then I ate another one and now I'm ready for a meal!

For breakfast: 1 slice aged Swiss cheese, rye crisp with cashew butter, natural apple juice, and decaf coffee. For lunch: plain yogurt with fresh blueberries, and herbal tea (chamomile). For dinner (which I will be eating in about an hour): braised pork chops, steamed new potatoes, roasted broccoli with garlic, mixed green salad with mustard vinaigrette, sauvignon blanc. I've also drunk 64 oz. of water.

Had a bacon, egg florentine, and velvetta cheese on buttered and fried bread, cup of coffee, and a banana. I'm cooking potato, green onion and chives soup for the next meal.
