Yes of course. It is the best place to practice flirting in a very continuous way. Even if you are a very outgoing and social person there are not that much opportunities to exercise, develop and prove you flirting skills, at least in a written way :). And if you do it in a funny and kind manner you will bring to bear your intelligence too.
