There was no internet when I went to school. We had huge clunky old IBM computers just as I was leaving HS. LOL!!!

Some of the teachers were nice enough to post them on the wall so the other students could laugh at me. The good hearted ones actually let us see our grades in private (so that the kids could only see our face when we saw them and that was bad enough).. Internet.. no way. In my school way back then, we didn't even get to take a computer class until my senior year in HS and then all we learned was basic how to turn it on, what is a DOS..those were the days.. ThANK YOU for reminding me how old I am.

Lol, no computers for the general public back then. We had "Notice to Parents" forms. If you were in danger of flunking the teacher sent you home with a form stating the situation. A parent had to sign it. It was the most dreaded thing to get. I, ahem, learned to forge my mother's signature.

Yup. Senior year in high school we actually got the principal's username and password and browsed everyone's grades at our leisure.

When I was in high school Al Gore hadn't invented the Internet yet.
