  • Thalians is a program that has a sliding fee schedule. Your local suicide prevention center may help with a professional (counselor/shrink) to talk to. Free clinics and some county hospitals will also provide services and/or referrals.
  • call a community mental health center..though it will usually take you a while for an appt. You could go to the ER if you are suicidal (or you could tell them you are) and they can get you an appt MUCH faster. though you will have a bill to pay. if you go to a hospital like a catholic hospital or non profit, sometimes they will write off the bill if you can't pay or help you get temporary assistance from the govt to pay that bill.. either way IF you are suicidal, please go to the ER..

When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
