No, but I get the spammail every day. These scams make things look too good to be true and that tells me that they are. Most are caught by filters I have set up.

yes. the state of california dmv cheated me out of sixty dollars. they took a payment over the internet and didnt give me a reference number. they never took it out of my debit account like they said they would. instead they put out a warrent on my dmv record and charged me late fees. failure to pay.
