no most people consider "black people" like myself to be ghetto because of our grammar, ignorance, and behavior. But i my self am humiliated by that and am more then just a sttistic. There are some black people that dnt smoke weed, sell or do crack, have common sense, and talk with correct grammar!

Westie here and proud of it! (West Aucklanders are so dubbed ~ everyone expects us to drive around in beat up old Holdens, smoke pot and drink too much beer. I do none of the above, but I'm a Westie nevertheless!)

People have called me 'brainy' & yes, I do tend to be proud of it! There's nothing wrong with being called smart. I don't hesitate to research whatever I'm interested in & talk about it with others. The subjects might be 'geeky' but hey, I don't do it just to fit in with the stereotype.
