  • The winter, I am gone more in the summer.
  • Summer, only cause I will get out more, ALOT more. And in winter I stay in as much as I can, unless I go snowboarding :)
  • I get a real kick out of working in my yard and flowerbeds in the summer and the winter I am pretty much stuck inside at home. I have to say the summer for me.
  • We don't have winter here, it's hot all year round
  • A home without air conditioning is oppressive on a hot summer day, but is very inviting when it is cold out.
  • I am a winter girl ... Hot chocolate mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm and some yummy mashmellows..
  • Has to be the summer for me....I love messing around in the garden.....just started ,yesterday, putting it away for the winter.....I wish I could hibernate.
  • Definitely summer - New Zealand summer's rock especially seen as all 4 million of us live less than 15 minutes away from a beach!
  • Summer I love to sit out and have my kids and dogs playing on the beach :)
  • Summer. We bought a place last year and had no idea what we had gotten into. 6 feet of snow for over 7 months. It finally melted the end of May. Ugh!
  • Winter. Less people, less noise, prettier.
  • winter it just seem's better u can cuddle up and read or or drink hot coco
  • 24/7. I am a homebody through and through..in winter I'm in the kitchen baking/cooking and in the summer I'm in the kitchen cooking, but not anything that requires the oven. All year long I'm on AB when I can be..watch political shows (this has been a he** of a year for that)..read, putz around the house doing odds and ends. My home is where I enjoy being most..except wherever my son is..other than that, color me happy here! :)
  • I have to give an edge to winter. Like other responders have posted - it's quieter, less yard work (except for shoveling the occasional snowfall), the house isn't sweltering inside (my brick house in summer is like living in a pizza oven) and fewer bugs flying and creeping around.
  • Tough call. I love my flower gardens but love to see the first snow fall too. Since I have to choose~~~I'll take winter!
  • The summer i have large windows and when the sunshines it lights up the whole room,in winter its just plain dingy, dark and miserable:-)
  • I couldn't choose one over the other. I love the activity of the summer, the trees, the never ending flowers, the warmth outside. But winter brings such a wonderland both inside and out, the quiet that comes from the snow and the way light plays on the snow and reflects back into the house, the wood stove warming the house and the coziness. I just plainly love my home, inside and outside:-)
  • winter, by far. We have very mild winters here. Might get down to 30. But the summertime (7 months of the year) it is BLAZING hot and I can hardly stand to go outside.
  • summer. i like it hot!
  • I love all seasons...that is why I love to live in Wisconsin....I love winter snow storms that keep everyone home...the shoveling out brings neighbors together to help each other out.... I live across from the Nature Reserve and fall is extremely wonderful with the beauty of the trees....I live on the bay so summers winds coming in off the bay are refreshing and cooling...spring's smells and all of the baby animals running around is a pleasure to watch.....Can you tell I was brought up on Disney?....
  • Autumn and Spring are much better. Nothing like having the windows wide open and the fresh air circulating through the house. Between Summer and Winter, I would say Summer,
  • Summer would be my answer. I live in North Carolina. We dont get much snow here. Our winters are very short. Summer time in the carolina's is beautiful.
  • Well, I have to admit, summer here is pretty freakin sweet. Beach is so close and all. But I don't mind the winter here. It never really rains or anything, it's usually just somewhat cold at night and in the morning.
  • That's a hard call. But, even though I love to turn the fireplace on in winter, I'd have to say I enjoy my home and surroundings more in the summer. I love my surroundings. I've never taken it for granted. I've lived on a 22 acre lake since 1983 and I'm thankful for that. I will have to say that the months of July and August in Tennessee are hot and humid. I could do without that. But, the winters are mild. I cherish that fact about the winters because I grew up in the cold windy city of Chicago where the winters were so harsh.
  • This is actually a great question. I keep so busy during the summer that in all honesty I never really get a chance to enjoy what I've been striving to accomplish. It really defeats the purpose. During the winter it's too cold and everything is covered in snow so I can't do much. That's when I'll kick back and watch TV and relax. I prefer the summer weather but I think that I actually have more time to appreciate what I have during the winter.
  • In winter.
  • I enjoy it all 4 seasons.
  • I love it in the winter because the hills look beautiful covered in snow and the houses lit up for christmas, but i love itin the summer if we have one as i can sit in my garden and enjoy the scenery.:)
  • Winter. Summers are too hot to do more than exist here.
  • I have to say winter as well - sometimes looking outside and seeing all the yardward that needs to be done is tiring..lol.
  • Home surroundings summer, because of all I can get accomplished, but seasonally it's my second or 3rd favorite. :)
  • I prefer them in the winter I love wrapping up in blankets :)
  • Definitely summer! I hate winter!
  • summer...........but fall is my favorite
  • Fall...always fall...anywhere
  • ABOUT THE SAME, SINCE ITS WARM YEAR AROUND. ONLY THUNDER STORMS AND SUN.
  • I prefer them in summer cuz i gotta front garden and back garden and live near the woods so I can sunbathe in the gardens and go jogging and bike-riding :p
  • Where I live we have warm and HOT! I prefer the winter because the summers are hot and the days run in excess of 100 (39) every day and high humidity most often.
