  • No. Dumbest Quote of the Day: "My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it."
  • NO NO NO NO NO
  • Who is really ready to lead America?
  • NOPE he's not at all ready
  • Obama stated on TV that his first order of business in the whitehouse was to add a basketball court. what do you think?
  • Never is a long time. That's about the right amount of time he'll need.
  • YES, YES, YES, YES, YES. He's got the charisma and the brains and he's sensible. He has the backing of experienced men. Please don't let the other guy win. I cannot bear to think of an America where abortion is banned, the church rules foreign policy, homosexuals are discriminated against, you can't have sex before marriage, and scientific research is given second place to spreading the word of God and furthering the coming of the Messiah! Please vote for Obama.
  • He has political experience. He's, what, 46-7 years old? He has a good team. Bush, with all his "experts" messed up, yet he still has defenders in the McCain camp ---McCain included. though this is all assuming that America, like the UK, needs, or can, be lead by one figure, or party, or government. Which is why I'm a Lbertarian. ;-) Libertarianism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libertarianism and for UK The Libertarian Alliance http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libertarian_Alliance and Libertarianism in the United Kingdom http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libertarianism_in_the_United_Kingdom
  • Uh... NO. He is a high rhetoric master. He could probably sell lighter fluid in hell. He has a lot of stuff in his package that a LOT of us would like to have in our personalities as well. But, he is NOT a "President of the United States". Not near enough lines in his face for a job like that. Too risky.
  • I'm voting Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would. I'm voting Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it. I'm voting Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the bad guys will stop what they're doing because they now think we're good people. I'm voting Democrat because I believe that people who can't tell us if it will rain on Friday CAN tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius. I'm voting Democrat because I 'm not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies so long as we keep all death row inmates alive. I'm voting Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as THEY see fit. I'm voting Democrat because I believe three or four pointy headed elitist liberals need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would NEVER get their agendas past the voters. I'm voting Democrat because I believe that when the terrorists don't have to hide from us over there, when they come over here I don't want to have any guns in the house to fight them off with. I'm voting Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I've decided to marry my horse. I'm voting Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn't. Makes ya wonder why anyone would EVER vote Republican, now doesn't it?
  • Obama is young, energetic and full of enthusiasm. McCain is too old and has too many skeletons in his closet. I would never trust a man who cheated on his wife for several months. McCain is too sneaky.
  • If you read about presidents of the past, many did not have political experience, but were experienced in other areas, Teddy Roosevelt was a businessman before he became president. So, it is possible for a politically inexperienced person to do well.
  • i dont understand obamas attitude it doesnt seem he has a personality in him dont get me wrong he is a great speaker but really listen to him (flip flop) back in forth but you know anyone who likes him its your choice and i cant tell you that you are wrong and you cant tell me that i am wrong! you know i work in retail and alot of people have their views but what i cant stand is people coming up to me and just saying that they like obama and i ask them why and they cant tell me then i ask them if they are voting and they say yes for obama and they dont even know why they dont know what he stands for or anything they just say i dont want the old man in there. well that is a stupid way of voting people really know what your voting for it is not high school. if you going to vote like that please dont because i can say i am voting for mccain because he is old and he needs to be president before he dies well isnt that stupid dont waste a vote if you have no idea
  • Nobody can handle that job alone, you need the right people around you to make it work. Bush well what can you say, McCain he's still lying to the people. I'm willing to see if he can do what he says he can do. McCain we know will stick it to us. Vote for McCain and you'll be kicking yourself. Why can't people see what Regan to Bush have done to us?
  • Yes i do. He's more qualified than Bush, at least. Isn't that good enough for this day and age??? And seeing that McCain voted for almost everything Bush was doing, it's like voting for Bush again. Not that I don't like the guy or anything, but to me Bush should never have been in the White House. He should have stayed in the state government of Texas AT BEST, not U.S. Congress material either. Obama was partially raised in the Philippines, his father was from Kenya, so I must say he understands how things work worldwide. On top of that, he seems genuine to me.
  • I don't think it is ever possible to be ready for such a unique job. Past Presidents have always learned their way in. Some try and impose themselves on the job and run everything personally; some try to assemble a great team and make sure they can do their own jobs. I think Obama is the latter sort. Whether he is ready or not, he is a thousand times more ready than the current incumbent after 8 years on-the-job training.
  • more so than any other candidate
  • He's not ready to lead a cub scout troop! He may think he's ready but the nation doesn't think so!
  • 100 percent.
  • oh heavens no.
  • It makes no difference now, he is the Leader of the free world and nothing will ever change that. I love you Mr. President Barack H. Obama! God Bless you and keep you from all harm.
  • Yeah...else he wouldn't stepped in to elections and won miraculously. It's a Fairy tale win for him...I think!
  • Yes, America is ready to be lied to and told how to think and what to do. Obama will make America ready to do whatever their government wants them to do.
  • He's already doing it. ;)

  • When I talked to him he said yes and ordered another cheese pizza.
  • lead us to eternal damnation, yes.
  • Yes, I think that Barack Obama is a leader that is capable and ready to lead America.
  • Yes I know the planet was created in 7 days! How long is one day to God? Our entire life is just a blink to him! I am done with this conversation. I see how it is going to end up. We will just have to agree to disagree.
  • No I don't
  • Absolutely. What a refreshing change!
  • In his political career, he has not shown one time any good qualities of being a leader. Just look at his smear campaign, that's not leadership. Leadership is leading by example; which he has yet to do. Don't worry, I don't feel this way just towards him. It's all over politics.
  • Absolutely
  • No.....I don't think he is ready until he can prove he's a citizen of this country....isn't that what all other presidents have had to do?.....Who changed the rules for this guy. From what we can see so far....he has no sense of decernment......as a matter in fact he has chosen those who are liars and thieves.....what good choices he's made so far.
  • No I don't. He is inexperienced and clueless.
  • Obama goes here, Obama goes there....
  • No. Obama Policies are the stuff of failure. It was true in 1948 and is true today.
