You know what 'they' say, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Easting breakfast helps boost your metabolism throughout the day and cornflakes do have some vitamins and nutrients in them that make them somewhat healthy. I suppose they're better than nothing.

It depends on the cornflakes as some have a lot of sugar in them. Cereal like All Bran is way more healthy than any of the cornflakes though.

Not particularly, BUT if eaten without sugar, you CAN say it isn't in any way bad for you. (Try eating them with whole milk, with some fresh fruit on top. That'd be a little more wholesome, as a breakfast.
